Step 1: Place Your Order

1. Visit our website at www.ATZCustoms.com and browse our collection of t-shirts for men, women, and kids.
2. Select the t-shirt design, size, color, and quantity you wish to order.
3. Add the chosen items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
4. Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Step 2: Artwork Submission

After completing your order, follow these steps to submit your artwork for customization:

Option 1: Email Submission

1. Create your artwork using your preferred graphic design software. Ensure the design is in a high-resolution format (JPEG, PNG, SVG, etc.).
2. Email the artwork as an attachment to atzcustoms1@gmail.com.
3. In the email subject line, include your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email) and the words "Artwork Submission."

Option 2: WhatsApp Submission

1. Save our WhatsApp number +1 909-808-9126 to your contacts.
2. Open WhatsApp and start a new chat with the saved number.
3. Attach the artwork file by tapping on the attachment icon (usually a paperclip) and selecting the file from your device.
4. In the message, include your Order ID and the words "Artwork Submission."

Important Tips for Artwork Submission:

• For best results, ensure your artwork is in a high-resolution format.
• Specify any color preferences or special instructions in your email or WhatsApp message.
• Double-check that the Order ID is clearly mentioned in your communication.

Step 3: Confirmation and Processing

Once we receive your artwork submission, we will confirm its receipt via email or WhatsApp. Our team will review the artwork to ensure it meets our printing requirements. If we need any adjustments or clarifications, we'll reach out to you promptly.

Step 4: Production and Delivery

After confirming the artwork, we will proceed with the production of your personalized t-shirt. Our skilled team will work diligently to create a product that matches your vision. You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order is ready to be dispatched.
